At Deb's Oils, product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are important to us.

All Oils, Bath, Body & Personal Care Products — Final Sale

For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales of essential oils, fragrance oils, perfumes, soaps, lotions, skincare, bath and body products, and other personal care items are final.

These products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.

Once products have left our store or have been delivered, we cannot guarantee that they have remained unused, uncontaminated, or free from tampering. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept these products back into our inventory.

Defective Electrical Products

Electrical products, including diffusers, that have a verified manufacturing defect may qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

We will review the issue and provide instructions if a return is necessary.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Return Instructions

Contact Deb's Oils before returning any eligible electrical product. We will provide instructions and confirm whether the item must be returned.

Do not send merchandise back without prior authorization. If a return is required because of a verified manufacturing defect or our fulfillment error, Deb's Oils will cover the return shipping cost.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
